– 8.1. Psychic Reading By Email Service
A Psychic Reading by email is delivered to the email address that you provide on the psychic reading request form that must be completed prior to making payment. It is recommended that you produce a printed copy of your email psychic reading for your future reference, as copies of email psychic readings are not stored indefinitely on the system, and therefore it may not be possible to provide a copy if you request it.
While we endeavour to deliver any psychic reading by email within the response time stated on site, the response time stated is not guaranteed. During busy times, the demand for the service may cause a backlog, and therefore a delay becomes unavoidable. By purchasing a psychic reading, you agree and accept that the service may occasionally be subject to delays and you fully accept that you may have to wait longer than the response time shown for your psychic reading.

– 8.3. Baby Psychic Reading Service
The Baby Psychic Reading service is not intended to be used to confirm a pregnancy and you agree not to use the service for that purpose. You are aware and accept that there are no guarantees regarding the insights that you receive in your email psychic reading and that the insights you receive may vary from the description of the Baby Psychic Reading that you choose. You are aware that your reading is dependent upon the insights that Spirit reveals for you to know at the time of your reading and all insight and predictions are subject to your own interpretation. You understand and agree that a Baby Psychic Reading MUST be accepted on an ‘AS IS’ basis as you are aware that you must accept the insights as they are, rather than as you would like them to be.
– 8.4. Same Day Response Email Psychic Readings
The Same Day Response email psychic reading service may on rare occasions be subjected to delays due to circumstances beyond our control, and therefore the response times stated are not guaranteed. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your booking request of a Same Day Response email psychic reading within the times shown on the website, you will be notified and issued a refund of any payment made.
9. Astrology Reports
Occasionally astrology reports may be offered on site. An Astrology Report will be delivered to the email address that you provide on the request form that must be completed prior to making payment. It is recommended that you produce a printed copy of your Astrology Report as soon as you have received it.

10. Payments
Payments through the website EMAILPSYCHICREADINGS.CO.UK are processed by PayPal. Our PayPal Merchant name is Elara Star Creations. When a PayPal payment is processed through the website of EMAILPSYCHICREADINGS.CO.UK, the transaction is a binding agreement between Yourself and Elara Star Creations. PayPal is a secure online payment facility and is solely responsible for the security and privacy of your personal credit / debit card details. PayPal does not share your credit / debit card details with any third parties, including Elara Star Creations and our website EMAILPSYCHICREADINGS.CO.UK. 12. Refunds

13. Distance Selling Regulations – Cancellations

An email psychic reading is an electronic transmission, and in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, your consumer right of cancellation will cease to exist from the time of purchase of a Psychic Reading.
14. Right Of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services permanently or temporarily, with or without reason, at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, with or without providing a reason to you, under the following circumstances:-
– A connection cannot be established to produce a psychic reading for you
– You appear to develop an unhealthy obsessive addiction to psychic readings
– You appear to act in either a disrespectful, harassing, abusive and/or threatening manner
– Suspected or proven fraudalent usage of the payment system, PayPal.
15. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any service that you receive and wish to make a complaint, you must communicate your complaint in writing by email.

16. Technical
We shall not be held responsible or be liable for any technical interference or errors, computer viruses, system downtime, crashes or loss in the event of a natural disaster or causes. We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue any or all services with or without prior notice. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to Clients or any other third party for the effects that any modification, suspension or discontinuance of service may cause.
